   Triton was founded upon the need of a customer’s demand for a technical solution over their existing supplier. We’re a small company that works hard for our customers, finding the right product for the application. As the Fluid Power industry consolidates to large corporate entities, we strive to stay small and flexible to our customer needs and the markets demand. We routinely stock product that others choose not to in order to fulfill that unexpected order or longer than expected lead-time.

WARRANTY

Triton warranties all products to be free of defects to at least 12 months from the date of sale or longer depending upon the original component supplier’s specification. If a product has been altered or disassembled, then the warranty will be evaluated based upon a case-by-case basis.

All returned items will require written authorization and must be shipped back to Triton Services prepaid. Upon receipt the product will be evaluated for warranty claim. All returned items need to be returned securely packaged and show no signs of damage from the shipping company.

The warranty provided by Triton only covers the cost of the component and will be supplied in a form of credit or replacement part. Under no obligation are we responsible for downtime, loss of production or revenue due to a failure.
